The shipment is met by express courier service from Monday to Friday on time working.
For a good reception of the products we would advise you to give the address of the place where you work and also to give your phone number so that the courier can contact you.

The delivery terms of the products are specified in the prospectus. Are excluded from the calculation holidays in France and Italy.
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you will receive a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION email, where you will find a tracking number you can use to monitor your delivery status online. Your order will be traceable via this number about two working days after that the delivery has been confirmed.
If you do not receive the goods within a week from the email of the shipping confirmation, please let us know to our customer service.
